KinCircle

KinCircle is a private family caregiving hub operated by Opal IT. A family circle coordinates care for a loved one in one shared place instead of scattered texts, spreadsheets, and paper folders.

What a circle keeps together

Members invited to a circle can keep shared notes, appointments with volunteer coverage, medications and dose logs, vital readings, bills and household renewals, a documents vault, circle chat, a calendar feed subscription, and a weekly summary email. The care card summarizes key information for the person in care. Access is limited to that circle; KinCircle is not a public social network.

Why KinCircle uses Google sign-in

KinCircle offers optional sign-in with Google for people who already have a KinCircle account. Google sign-in does not create a new account or a new circle by itself. The sign-in request asks Google only for the openid and email scopes. KinCircle receives the verified email address and Google's account id so it can link that Google account to your existing KinCircle account when the emails match.

KinCircle does not access Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or any other Google product. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI models.

KinCircle's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can turn Google sign-in off from Account in the app, which removes the link on your KinCircle account.
